Money moving without manual steps

Payments, statements and reconciliation on one rail.

Taking a card payment is the easy part. The work is everything after it: settlement files that match orders, refunds that reverse cleanly, failed recurring charges that recover, bank statements that reconcile themselves, and an audit trail that stands up to scrutiny.

01Capabilities

01

Reconciliation that closes itself

Settlement and statement files parsed automatically, matched to orders and invoices, with only genuine exceptions reaching a human.

02

PSD2 and open banking

Account information and payment initiation through licensed providers, so balances and transactions flow into your systems without a CSV download.

03

Recurring revenue handled

Subscriptions, dunning, retry schedules, SCA exemptions and card updater flows — the difference between a healthy MRR and quiet churn.

04

Scope kept small

Card data stays with the processor via hosted fields and tokens, keeping you in the lightest PCI DSS bracket instead of a compliance project.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which payment processor should we use?

It depends on where your customers are and what you sell. Romanian processors usually win on local card acceptance and cost for domestic volume; Stripe, Mollie or Adyen tend to win for cross-border, subscriptions and developer experience. We will compare real effective rates on your actual transaction mix rather than list prices.

Do we need to worry about PCI DSS?

Far less than most people fear, if the integration is done properly. By using hosted fields or a redirect so card data never touches your servers, you stay in SAQ-A, which is a questionnaire rather than an audit. We design for that from the start.

Can you connect directly to our bank?

Yes, through PSD2 open banking APIs or the bank’s own corporate interface where one exists, plus statement file import as a reliable fallback. Balances, transactions and payment initiation then live inside your systems instead of a portal someone has to log into.

How do you handle failed payments on subscriptions?

With a proper dunning process: smart retry timing based on decline reason, automatic card updater where the network supports it, customer notifications in their own language, and a grace period before access is suspended. Recovering even a modest share of involuntary churn usually pays for the integration.
