ERP developed by WeDevelop · configured, implemented, integrated

An ERP system we developed ourselves — configured for your company and switched on by the people who built it

We develop and sell our own ERP for Romanian companies — invoicing with e-Factura, stock, purchasing, sales and CRM, production, accounting, HR and reporting — and, on request, we implement it end to end: configuration, data migration, integrations, training and go-live. There is no licence list: you pick the modules you need in the form below, and the price follows that configuration.

01Modules

Every function your company runs on, described one by one

The system is modular. Start with what hurts most — usually invoicing and stock — and switch on the rest as you grow. Each module below is a working part of the product, not a roadmap item.

Invoicing & e-Factura

Issue invoices, proformas, receipts and credit notes; send every B2B and B2G invoice to ANAF through the RO e-Factura system automatically, with status tracking and error handling. SAF-T (D406) export is built in.

  • RO e-Factura upload and status sync
  • SAF-T D406 export
  • Recurring invoices and payment reminders
  • Multi-currency and multi-series

Stock & warehouse

Real-time stock per warehouse and location, reception, transfers, inventory counts, lot and expiry tracking, serial numbers, minimum stock alerts and barcode scanning from a phone or a handheld.

  • Multiple warehouses and locations
  • Lots, expiry dates, serial numbers
  • Barcode and QR scanning
  • Automatic reorder proposals

Purchasing & suppliers

Purchase requests, supplier orders, receptions matched against orders and invoices, supplier price lists and lead times, landed-cost allocation and payment scheduling.

  • Requests → orders → receptions → invoices
  • Supplier price lists and lead times
  • Three-way matching
  • Payment calendar

Sales & CRM

Leads, opportunities and a pipeline for the sales team; quotes that turn into orders in one click; customer price lists, discounts and credit limits; delivery notes and invoicing from the same order.

  • Pipeline and activity tracking
  • Quotes → orders → deliveries → invoices
  • Customer-specific pricing and credit limits
  • Sales agent targets and commissions

Production

Bills of materials, work orders, routing and work centres, material consumption and finished-goods reception, cost per unit and scheduling against capacity — for discrete and batch manufacturing.

  • Multi-level bills of materials
  • Work orders and consumption
  • Real cost per product
  • Capacity planning

Accounting & finance

Romanian chart of accounts, automatic postings from every operation, VAT journals, fixed assets and depreciation, bank reconciliation with statement import, cash flow and the declarations your accountant needs.

  • Automatic postings from operations
  • VAT journals and declarations
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Bank statement import and reconciliation

HR & payroll

Employee records, contracts and Revisal export, time and attendance, leave management, payroll with Romanian taxes and contributions, payslips and the monthly declarations.

  • Employee files and contracts
  • Time, attendance and leave
  • Payroll and payslips
  • Revisal and declaration exports

Reports & dashboards

Live dashboards for management, standard reports for every module, pivot-style analysis on any data, scheduled reports by email and export to Excel or BI tools.

  • Management dashboards
  • Per-module standard reports
  • Scheduled email reports
  • Excel and BI export

Integrations & e-commerce

Connect the ERP to your webshop (Magento, WooCommerce, custom), marketplaces, couriers, banks, POS, payment providers and any system with an API. Orders, stock and invoices flow both ways without re-typing.

  • Magento / WooCommerce / custom shops
  • Courier AWB and tracking
  • Bank and payment providers
  • REST API for anything else

02Customised per client

Configured around how your company actually works

No two companies run the same way, and an ERP that forces yours into a template gets worked around within a month. Before anything is installed we map your flows — how an order comes in, who approves a purchase, how stock moves, what the accountant needs at month end — and configure the system to match.

Where configuration is not enough, we build: custom fields, documents and print layouts, approval rules, specific reports, automations and integrations with the systems you already use. All of it is delivered as part of the implementation, documented, and supported afterwards.

  • Flow mapping and configuration workshop
  • Custom fields, documents and print templates
  • Approval rules and user roles per department
  • Specific reports and dashboards
  • Integrations with your existing systems
  • Training per role, in Romanian

03Implementation

From first call to go-live, in six steps

You can buy the system and implement it with your own team, or hand us the whole thing. This is what the full service looks like.

011–2 weeks

Discovery

We meet your team, map the current flows and systems, and agree what the ERP must do on day one and what can come later.

021 week

Scope and offer

A written scope with modules, customisations, integrations, migration plan, timeline and a fixed price for the implementation.

033–8 weeks

Configuration and build

Modules configured, documents and reports built, integrations developed and tested on a staging environment with your real data.

041–2 weeks

Data migration

Customers, suppliers, products, stock, open invoices and balances imported from your current system or spreadsheets, reconciled with your accountant.

051–2 weeks

Training and acceptance

Role-based training for every department, test scenarios run by your people, fixes, and a signed acceptance.

06ongoing

Go-live and support

We are on site or on call for the first days, then provide ongoing support, updates and legislative changes under a maintenance agreement.

04Why us

Developed in-house, not resold

The ERP is our own product, written and maintained by the same team that builds webshops and integrations. That changes what you get.

01

We own the code

No third-party licence, no vendor in the middle: features, fixes and customisations are decided and built by us, so nothing is “not possible”.

02

Integration is our core work

ERP, e-commerce, banking and API integrations are what we do daily — your ERP will not be an island.

03

Legislation kept current

e-Factura, SAF-T, e-Transport, VAT and payroll changes are delivered as updates, not as projects.

04

Hosted or on-premise

Run it in our EU cloud with backups, monitoring and ISO 27001 processes, or on your own servers — your choice.

05

One partner, end to end

Product, implementation, customisation, hosting, support and the webshop it connects to — from one team.

06Questions

What companies ask before choosing an ERP

What is an ERP system and does a small company need one?

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is one application that runs invoicing, stock, purchasing, sales, accounting and often HR on a single database, so data is entered once and every department sees the same numbers. A company needs one when spreadsheets, a standalone invoicing program and a separate stock list stop agreeing with each other — typically from a handful of employees upwards.

Is the system compliant with e-Factura and SAF-T?

Yes. Invoices are sent to ANAF through RO e-Factura automatically, with status tracking, and the SAF-T D406 declaration is generated from the accounting data. Legislative changes are delivered as updates under the maintenance agreement.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

A small company with invoicing, stock and sales is usually live in four to six weeks. A full implementation with accounting, production, integrations and data migration takes two to four months. The discovery phase gives you a dated plan before you commit.

Can you migrate data from our current program (Saga, WinMentor, SmartBill, Excel)?

Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, stock levels, open invoices and account balances are exported from your current system or spreadsheets, cleaned, imported and reconciled with your accountant before go-live. Historical documents can be kept for reference.

Does it integrate with our webshop and with the bank?

Integrations are our core work. Magento, WooCommerce and custom shops sync orders, stock and prices both ways; bank statements are imported for reconciliation; couriers, POS and payment providers connect through their APIs. Anything with an API can be connected.

Cloud or on-premise?

Either. We host in the European Union with daily backups, monitoring and ISO 27001 processes, or install on your own servers if you prefer. Hosting can be switched later.

How much does it cost?

There is no fixed price list because no two configurations are alike. The offer is built from the modules you select, the number of users, customisations, integrations and hosting; implementation, migration and training are quoted as a fixed price after discovery. Request an offer below — you will have figures within two working days.

Who develops the ERP?

We do. The system is developed and maintained in-house by WeDevelop, not resold from another vendor. That is why it can be customised without limits and why legislative updates and new features ship quickly.

What happens after go-live?

A maintenance agreement covers support, updates, legislative changes and small adjustments. For larger changes — a new integration, a new module — we quote them as projects.

Choosing an ERP in Romania in 2026

Three things have changed the ERP decision for Romanian companies. The first is legislation: RO e-Factura is mandatory for B2B and B2G invoices, SAF-T reporting applies to all taxpayers, and e-Transport covers goods on the road — all of which a modern ERP has to handle natively rather than through exports and uploads. The second is integration: a company that sells online, uses couriers and reconciles bank statements needs those flows automated, not re-typed. The third is accessibility: cloud hosting has removed the server room from the equation, so a 10-person company can run the same class of system a 500-person company runs.

Our ERP — developed in-house by WeDevelop — is built for that context: Romanian accounting and fiscal rules, native e-Factura and SAF-T, open APIs, and an implementation partner that also builds the webshops, integrations and infrastructure around it. If your current setup is a mix of an invoicing program, Excel and memory, we can show you in one call what the same operations look like inside a single system.
