WeDevelop is a Romanian software company working with clients across the EU, the UK and North America. We build commerce platforms, business systems and the integrations between them — and we operate the infrastructure they run on, which is why our advice tends to be more specific than most.
01How we work
Four things we do differently enough to mention
We say what we would not do. A surprising amount of value in the first conversation comes from ruling things out — the migration you do not need this year, the platform that would be an expensive mistake, the feature that will not move the number you care about. It costs us revenue occasionally and saves the relationship regularly.
We run what we build. The same team configures the servers, writes the deployment pipeline and answers the alert at midnight. That closes the usual gap where the developer blames the host and the host blames the code.
We use AI seriously, and we are specific about how. AI-assisted engineering across scaffolding, refactoring, test generation and first-pass review, with every line still passing human review and CI. It shortens delivery; it does not lower the standard. We are equally willing to tell you when an AI feature in your product would be a gimmick.
We write things down. Audits, architecture decisions, integration mappings, runbooks and handover notes. If you replace us, the next team should be able to continue without a discovery phase. That is the test we hold ourselves to.

Conversation
A call about the problem, not a pitch. If we are not the right company for it, we will say so and often suggest who is.
Discovery
A paid, fixed-price phase producing a written specification, architecture, risk list and costed backlog. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.
Build
Two-week sprints, working software on a staging environment, and a demo you can click through. Scope changes are priced as they arise, not absorbed silently.
Run
Launch, then a support agreement covering monitoring, security patching, upgrades and continued development — or a clean handover to your team.
