Three steps, no sales sequence
We read it properly
Someone technical reads your brief and looks at your site or system before replying. You will not get a templated response asking for a call to gather what you already wrote.
A reply within one working day
Usually with initial thoughts, the questions that would change the estimate, and a suggested next step — which is sometimes simply advice you can act on yourself.
A call if it makes sense
Thirty minutes on the actual problem. If a project is worth scoping, we propose a paid discovery phase with a written output you own.

What is your minimum project size?
For new development we generally start around a few weeks of work. Smaller pieces — an audit, a fix, a single integration — are welcome and often the right way to start a relationship.
Do you take over existing projects?
Frequently. We begin with a paid audit so both sides know what is being inherited, then stabilise before adding anything new.
Can you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. Send yours or ask for ours, and we will have it signed before the first substantive conversation.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Romanian, both natively. Contracts, documentation and daily communication in either.
Do you work with clients outside the EU?
Yes — the UK and North America are a regular part of our work. Invoicing in EUR, GBP or RON, and enough timezone overlap with the US East Coast for a proper working afternoon.
