What we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by WeDevelop, a company registered in Romania. For any question about your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to office@wedevelop.ro.
What we collect
Enquiry form. When you send a project brief we store the name, email address, and any company, phone, website, budget, timeline and message details you choose to provide. We use them solely to reply to you and to manage the resulting conversation.
Server logs. Our web server records the request URL, timestamp, HTTP status, user agent and IP address, as every web server does. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are retained for a limited period.
Cookies. This site sets one cookie, to remember your language choice between English and Romanian. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a client relationship begins, in which case commercial and accounting retention periods apply. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
Who else sees it
Enquiry data is stored on our own infrastructure within the European Union. We do not sell data and do not share it with advertisers. Where a processor is genuinely necessary — for example an email service to reply to you — it operates under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@wedevelop.ro and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and its effective date.
