Software shaped around your process

When the off-the-shelf tool stops fitting the way you work.

Custom software is worth it when your process is a competitive advantage and generic tooling forces you to work around it. We build the system that encodes how your company actually operates, and we build it so a different team could maintain it.

01Capabilities

01

Discovery before code

Process mapping, user interviews and a written functional specification with priorities. You approve what will be built before the budget starts moving.

02

Shipped in slices

A usable subset in production early, then fortnightly releases. Nobody waits nine months to find out whether the assumptions held.

03

Multi-tenant SaaS ready

Tenant isolation, plans and entitlements, subscription billing, usage metering, onboarding and an admin console for your support team.

04

Operable from day one

Structured logging, metrics, alerting, backups and a documented runbook. Software that nobody can operate is not finished software.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you price a custom project?

Discovery is a fixed-price engagement that produces a specification, an architecture and a costed backlog. From there you can take a fixed-scope quote for the first release or a monthly team rate. We do not quote a full build from a one-page brief — that number would be fiction.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The repository is yours, the infrastructure can be in your accounts, and the documentation is written so another team can take over. We want to keep clients because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.

Can you work with our in-house developers?

Yes, and it is often the best outcome. We integrate into your sprint process, share code review, and deliberately transfer knowledge so your team is not dependent on us for routine work.
