Adobe Commerce certified developers · Nearshore teams available within 2 weeks

Nearshore capacity, in your timezone

Add senior engineers without adding a hiring process.

Hiring a senior Magento or Laravel developer in Western Europe takes months and costs a multiple of what it costs in Romania. We provide the same seniority on a monthly contract: your sprints, your repository, your process — our people, in a timezone that overlaps your whole working day.

01Capabilities

01

Two-week start, not two quarters

Profiles within days, interviews with the actual engineers, and a start typically inside two weeks. No agency bench-warming, no bait-and-switch on who turns up.

02

EET — one to two hours from most of Europe

Romania sits in EET, which means a full overlapping working day with the UK, Germany, the Nordics and the Benelux. Same-day answers, not overnight handoffs.

03

Senior by default

People who have shipped and maintained production systems, comfortable with code review, architecture discussion and saying when a plan is wrong.

04

You keep the process

Your Jira, your repository, your definition of done. We integrate into how you already work rather than importing an agency methodology.

02Scope

What is included

  • Dedicated development teams (3–10 engineers)
  • Individual staff augmentation by role and seniority
  • Magento, Laravel, Next.js, React and Node.js engineers
  • DevOps, SRE and platform engineers
  • QA engineers and test automation specialists
  • Technical leads and solution architects
  • Project-based delivery with a fixed scope where preferred
  • Overflow capacity for agencies under deadline pressure
  • Knowledge transfer and documented handover on exit

03Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

All three run on monthly invoicing with a 30-day notice period. No lock-in, no recruitment fee, no buy-out clause.

Staff augmentation

Per engineer / monthly

One or more engineers embedded in your existing team, reporting into your leads and working your sprints.

  • Full-time or part-time allocation
  • Your process, tools and repository
  • Direct communication with your team
  • Monthly rolling contract
Discuss a role

Dedicated team

Per team / monthly

A self-contained squad with a tech lead, taking ownership of a product area end to end.

  • Tech lead, engineers, QA
  • Owns delivery for a defined scope
  • Sprint reporting and demos
  • Scales up or down each quarter
Scope a team

Fixed-scope project

Per project / quoted

A defined deliverable with an agreed price and timeline, following a paid discovery phase.

  • Written specification and estimate
  • Milestone-based invoicing
  • Fixed price after discovery
  • Support period included
Request a quote

Rates depend on seniority and stack. We quote per role after a short scoping call — and we will tell you when a smaller engagement would serve you better.

04The honest trade-offs

What outsourcing does and does not solve

Outsourcing solves capacity, cost and access to specific expertise. It does not solve an unclear product direction, an absent decision maker or a codebase nobody can explain — those get worse with more people, not better.

So we say no to some engagements. If a project needs three months of discovery before anyone should write code, adding four developers first is expensive theatre. We would rather run the discovery, or tell you to hire one strong person internally, than bill for a team that cannot succeed.

Where it does work, the effect is significant: a senior Adobe Commerce engineer for a fraction of the cost of the equivalent hire in Munich or London, available in weeks rather than quarters, and inside the EU for contracting, data protection and invoicing.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can someone start?

Profiles within a few days, interviews with the actual engineers, and typically a start within two weeks. For common stacks — Magento, Laravel, Next.js — it is often faster. You interview the person who will do the work; nobody is swapped after signature.

What does it cost compared to hiring locally?

For most Western European clients, a senior Romanian engineer costs meaningfully less than the equivalent local hire once salary, employer contributions, recruitment fees, equipment and management overhead are counted — and there is no severance exposure if the need ends.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, unconditionally, from the first commit. Contracts assign all intellectual property to you, engineers sign NDAs, and we work in your repositories under your access control.

What if the engineer is not a good fit?

We replace them at our cost. The first month is effectively a trial on both sides, and the notice period is thirty days throughout, so you are never locked into a relationship that is not working.

Do you work with agencies as a subcontractor?

Yes, regularly, under white-label terms. Several of our clients are agencies in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK who use us for Magento, Laravel and DevOps overflow. We can stay invisible to their end clients or join calls as part of their team, whichever they prefer.

How is time tracked and reported?

Time is logged in your system or ours, with a monthly report per engineer per task. For dedicated teams we report on sprint outcomes rather than hours, because that is what actually indicates whether the arrangement is working.
