Website for a public hospital: management and governance pages, regulations, medical services by department, patient information, transparency and financial documents, declarations of assets, and contact and appointment forms.
The challenge
A public hospital’s site is less a brochure than a legal obligation: management structure, internal regulations, the contract with the health insurance house, budgets and execution reports, yearly service statistics and declarations of assets all have to be published and kept current, in a form patients and auditors can find. It also has to tell a patient which department to call and what to bring for admission.
What we built
A WordPress site structured around the hospital’s obligations: a management section, regulations and policies, medical services by department with contact numbers, patient information and admission conditions, an administrative and financial section with a document library for PDFs by year, and forms for suggestions, complaints and appointments. Cookie consent and analytics are configured for a public institution.
The outcome
One place where the hospital publishes everything the law requires and patients find the practical information they need, maintained by hospital staff.
